All merchandise shipped FOB New York City via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted.
Actual freight charges will be added to your invoice unless a freight allowance has been previously agreed upon by both parties involved.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery after processing. Return around time takes between 4-8 weeks.

Net 30 terms are for approved customers only.
To apply for Net 30 terms, you must first pay for 3 consecutive orders by credit card or check after sending us a complete credit report with references.
COD's and prepayments are not encouraged.
For orders in excess of $20,000 a 30% deposit is due prior to production.
A late charge of 3% per month or 20% per year will be assessed to all past due invoices and balances.
If an account is past due, all reorders will not be shipped until the account's overdue invoices are paid in full.
No return authorizations for returns will be given for any past-due accounts.
Returned checks are subject to a $45 service fee.

All products are sold on a non-returnable basis unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
Any claims of damages, shortages, or defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
Returns require prior authorization from Studio Manhattan.
Any items claimed defective or damaged must be inspected by Studio Manhattan before deemed defective or damaged.
Only after Studio Manhattan has deemed an item defective or damaged upon delivery will Studio Manhattan ship a replacement item(s)
Studio Manhattan is not responsible for return shipping.
Wholesale items cannot be returned at Studio Manhattan retail store locations.
Refused orders and merchandise returned due to customer error are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Orders for immediate delivery may not be canceled.
Orders must be canceled in writing at least 15 days before requested ship date.
If you do not accept back orders, then it must be dully noted on your order.
Normal freight will be charged on back-ordered goods.
Ship Dates and Cancel Dates must be dully noted on all orders.
